The I Publish Press mission is to give authors the best means of publishing and promoting their work and to give readers quality books to read in as many formats as available. Stepping into the Future

There have always been countless unknown great authors out there who simply require a venue, authors who have faced rejection simply because their work might not appeal to a broad audience. With advancing technology, broad mass appeal is no longer a publishing pre-requisite.

Readers want to read and authors want to be read, and technological advances in publishing and distribution now make it possible for a book to be supported by even the smallest niche following. Independence from the necessity to sell to a mass market is liberating for both authors and readers. Readers will gain variety and authors will gain a viable readership. What's more, real time rapport between reader and author should prove invaluable to each. We see a winning combination and wish to aid authors as a way of giving back the delight we have experienced as readers.

Publishers' Profiles

Linda Noël, Director and Publisher

Linda was born in Newfoundland, and as the daughter of a former Air Force pilot has lived in 6 of the 10 Canadian provinces. Linda is the owner of a successful web development & search engine optimization business. An entrepreneur, and holder of two college degrees, she has owned a number of successful businesses.

Linda has been a voracious reader since she learned to read at the age of four. She has often lamented "For every published book I'm sure there are twenty, fifty, maybe more equally as riveting and entertaining novels that will never see the printing press. So how can I read them?". Consuming books in her favourite genres at a rate of 10 to 15 per week was the catalyst for the idea of bringing the wealth of worthy, but unpublished novels to the reading public.

Michelle Noël, Editor and Publisher

Michelle was born in Ottawa, Canada and has lived in places as far afield as Rome and Singapore. She has degrees in History and Medieval Studies. Before the founding of I Publish Press, Michelle worked as a freelance editor and writer.

At the age of three Michelle was discovered reading to a neighbour's child. Neither she nor her mother recollects her actually learning to read. Today, she enjoys reading everything from classical literature to modern day mysteries. As someone working within the publishing industry, she knows how much effort it takes to bring a book forth, and how proportionately few can be published using traditional means. Founding her own publishing company with Linda was the way for her to share the work of new talented authors with an eager, ever-growing reading public.
